This course will give a full and detailed introduction to the Sainsbury’s Evolve system focusing on hands-on completion of full specifications in order to create accurate pack copies artwork. We will include details and examples of Sainsbury's labelling policies, specification workflows, and the updated Ashbury process involved in progressing specifications to an Active status. We encourage participants to bring their own examples of a product for discussions during the course."

The course will take delegates through a full comprehensive overview of the Waitrose Product Pathway (WPP). It is targeted at any suppliers who need to create and maintain pre-pack food specifications in WPP, for example Specification Technologists, Quality Managers or Technical Managers.
